2. NON-UTILISATION OF SERVICES

If you have subscribed to our services but have not utilised them, you are still liable to pay for the services agreed upon. Non-usage does not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. SERVICE RENEWALS

• Incorrect or incomplete URLs, content, or information provided by the client

• Engagement of parallel SEO or digital marketing services from third parties

• Fluctuations in search rankings, which are dynamic by nature

• Adverse impact on rankings due to website changes made by the client or other vendors

• Expectations of instant or fixed ranking positions (e.g., top 10 or first page)

While we strive to deliver the best possible results through ethical and strategic practices, SEO outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

6. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

We do not provide monetary guarantees or assured outcomes for digital marketing, SEO, advertising, or branding services. Our obligation is limited to delivering services with professional diligence and industry best practices.

7. MODE OF REFUND

Approved refunds will be credited:

• Only to the original payment method

• Within 45 days from confirmation of cancellation
